Association Dues

The 2024 dues are $240 per month (Insurance $58.28 - Fixed operating expenses and replacement and reserves $181.72). Payment is due the first of each month for that month. After the 15th of the month, a late fee of $25 will be applied. Make payments payable to: West Park Hills Homeowners' Association.

How can I pay my Association dues?

Place in the WPH drop box located near 10419 Decatur Ave S or mail to: P.O. Box 385758 Bloomington, MN 554338

May I pay my HOA dues online?

Although our HOA does not accept electronic payments due to additional costs and accounting associated with it, homeowners may use their bank's bill pay service to pay their monthly dues.

Most banks offer this service, which differs from electronic payments in that upon request by the payer, your bank prints a check for the payment and then mails the check to the payee on your behalf. The process is initiated online which means you no longer have to worry about physically writing out a check for your dues; this is especially helpful when you have all of your other bills set up to be paid online.

As the payer, you set up the bill pay online and may choose to set up a recurring payment that is automatic each month or you may initiate a one-time payment each month. Use the information below when setting up WPH as a payee in your online bill payment setup.

Communications/Newsletter

From time to time, the Association sends out notices and the most efficient way to do so is via email.

Why does the Association need my emergency contact information?

Since the homeowner's unit is one of four units, there may be a time when it is necessary for emergency personnel to enter your unit (fire in an adjoining unit, gas leak, etc.). It is imperative that we have emergency contact information for every homeowner.

Does the Association publish a newsletter and, if so, how often is it distributed?

The Association publishes a newsletter typically in the Spring and Fall. Newsletters are emailed to those who have provided an email address and for those that do not have an email address, a copy will be delivered to their home. Newsletters are also posted under Meetings, Treasury, and News.
